Ultrasonic welding machine makes use of the friction between the welding surfaces of two welding objects to make the temperature reach the melting point of the object itself, so that the interface of the object quickly melts, and then fills the gap between the interface. When the vibration stops, under a certain pressure, the object is cooled and fixed, and then the welding of high density is achieved.
This machine can be used for welding big-sized plastic parts, such as automotive lights, filter membrane seam sealing for 10-inch and 40-inch filters, and pleated non-woven fabric seam welding, suitable for PP non-woven film welding.
