The 15KHz KM-JC series digital ultrasonic welding set is the independent research and development of SBT, and the ultrasonic generation system and control system set in one of the efficient generation control equipment, an important part of the ultrasonic welding system. The generator has the advantages of small volume, compact structure, independent duct airflow cooling design, industry-leading multi-core processing speed, modular design, and adjustable frequency parameter range, applied in packaging, ultrasonic sealing, and other industries.
The generator consists of an ultrasonic module that could convert the low-frequency low-voltage AC power to a high-frequency high-voltage AC signal to drive the convertor, a control module that could control the input/output interfaces and signals, and some other peripheral circuits.
The input/output connector board on the back of the generator provides various input/output signal connectors for external control, which is convenient for users to use the device flexibly.
