How does an ultrasonic welder work?
Ultrasonic plastic welding is a process welding pieces of material together which uses high frequency ultrasonic vibrations turned into heat. The ultrasonic plastic welding machine can be used for joining similar or dissimilar plastic materials need to be joined together, this type of weld works well which requires no adhesives, soldering materials or fasteners.
Our DS400 series
To meet our clients' needs, we launched the DS400 series(DS300 upgrade version) ultrasonic plastic welding machine in the second half of 2020. It is also equipped with the new generation digital ultrasonic generator and 4.3 inches touch screen, it upgraded double-key safe start mode, upgrade aluminum die-cast base, slides seat, with the independent development of the operating system to achieve visual operation and control of field operations.
The ultrasonic welding machine has strong welding strength, can weld different plastic parts, and meet the requirements of waterproof and airtightness. It can weld a variety of plastic materials, such as ABS, PS, PP, PE, PC, PVC, nylon, NORYL, ACETAL, etc.

1. How about your delivery time?
Usually, we have some stock for trial or small orders, so just deliver them within 7 days, while, 15-25 days for large order and customized production line.
1-2 units we could send by EXPRESS(DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS), heavyweight more than 50kg, we suggest to use sea freight LCL or by air
2. What's the warranty of your ultrasonic welders?
One year warranty with none human damage.
In this period factory will be responsible for repairing it for free or the factory will send the new parts to the customer instead of the broken parts for free. After the warranty time, the factory will repair it or send the new parts at the cost price.
3. Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
Yes, we could offer the sample and it's not free.
