Handheld ultrasonic spot welder for non-woven bag welding

This power supply is a digital, fully auto-tuning type ultrasonic generator, which is very reliable due to its functions of over-current protection, over-heat protection, alarm for out of resonance and digital display, etc, the generator applies a synchronized auto-tuning system. This is a new technology that synchronized the increased/reduced frequency of the welding horn and output frequency, meanwhile expanded the auto-tuning frequency scope and simplified the welding horn-making procedure. No matter it is temperature increase, horn abrasion, or the ambient device temperature increase, the vibration wave will be produced to guarantee a good welding result. 

Voltage feedback function: guarantee the vibration amplitude under the change of 180-240V to guarantee the welding result.

Overload protection function:  test the upper and lower limits of the overload voltage and overload of current. In case of any problem, it will shut off immediately to protect the ultrasonic generator

Soft start function: Perfect soft start function has eliminated the risk of damage to the welding horn during start. (adjustment scope: 10mses~200mses).
