The central element of an ultrasonic system is the ultrasonic generator, which provides electrical energy to the ultrasonic transducers. The ultrasonic generator will receive and convert energy from the power source to the proper frequency, voltage, and amperage for the ultrasonic transducer(converter and booster).

 

The ultrasonic generator series has a real-time frequency automatic tracking function and four working modes(continuous, time, energy, and grounding) and has proved very stable quality in the market. The control system of the generator can cut the power supply when there is any malfunction during the ultrasonic working process, making it safer and more reliable. The digital ultrasonic welding generators can be applied in the continuous non-woven fabric welding and cutting, plastic welding, and food cutting industries, etc. Different powers of this series are available.

* Working amplitude adjustable 10-100% with an accuracy of 1% makes the generator easy to increase or decrease the amplitude value so as to reach satisfied welding result;

* Amplitude compensation method can maintain the consistency of the welding effect.

* Real-time frequency automatic tracking function solves the problem of resonant frequency drift in the work of the transducer and ensures the output efficiency of the transducer;

* Four Welding modes:

   1. Continuous mode, with ultrasonic time adjustment range 0 - 99 min 59 sec;

   2. Time mode, with ultrasonic time adjustment range 0 - 9.99S;

   3. Energy mode, with ultrasonic energy adjustment range 0 - 50000J;

   4. Grounding mode, with ultrasonic grounding holding time range 0 - 9.99S;
