Ultrasonic welding machine components and How they work
The ultrasonic welding machine consists of an ultrasonic generator, a transducer, a welding horn/mould, a flange, a welding machine rack and a welding table. The ultrasonic welding generator converts power frequency single-phase or three-phase AC to high-frequency AC Electricity, to provide electrical energy for the transducer, and the transducer (converter and booster) converts the high-frequency AC signal output by the ultrasonic generator into a mechanical vibration signal of the same frequency, while the welding horn further amplifies the vibration amplitude and transfer energy to the welding area to join the two parts together, which reaches the target of welding.
