Product Description

20kHz Ultrasonic Welding Booster

The booster is part of the ultrasonic welding stack (composed of a converter and a booster and a horn(sonotrode)). It transforms the incoming oscillation amplitude from the converter, boosts it, and relays it onto the horn/sonotrode. The booster retains the whole welding stack using a sound-neutral retaining ring. Ultrasonic boosters can increase or decrease the amplitude that passes between the converter and the horn. And high precision are required to develop and produce the booster.
