Ultrasonic element analyzer PV520A series are used for the comprehensive detection of piezoelectric ultrasonic devices and equipment. PV520A is a new generation of portable touch screen analyzer developed on the basis of PV70A. The system can work in any voltage of AC220V-250V, power is 30W, the instrument comes with a special power supply, power supply socket is in the back of the instrument (the 5-core aviation plug).

Terminal introduction:
Three terminals on the instrument right side:
● USB terminal: used to access the U disk to store the measurement date or save the parameter sheet in Excel form (automatically stored on the automatic production line).
● 232 terminal one: used to connect the PLC and the instrument communication.
● 232 terminal two: used to connect the computer and the instrument communication (this instrument is operational on the computer as the previous model PV70A/80A/90A, and the software is completely compatible with the previous models).
Connection method with PLC:
● 232 communication
● IO communication method: the instrument reserves a relay input and a relay output.
(It is suggested to use 232 communication method, it is flexible with big communication numbers, the protocol could be designed per the setting method by the user).
