Daily maintenance of ultrasonic metal welding machine

1. Maintain good heat dissipation and ventilation of bonding equipment parts;
2. Periodically check whether the cable connector is loose;
3. Open the top cover of the control box every month and use a clean air gun without moisture to remove dust from the box;
4. The working space should be ventilated, and the ambient temperature should not be higher than 40°;
5. Touch yellow grease regularly with lifting trough and screw and keep it clean;
6. Clean the air filter regularly, using a cleaning agent or water, not using volatile solvent cleaning;
7. Mechanical wipe regularly, should not use liquid cleaning, do not put heavy objects and liquid on the vibration box;
8. Welding head, bottom die, and working objects should be kept clean;
9. When not in use for a long time, please wipe the appearance of the metal bonding machine with oil and maintain it, cover it with the sealing cover, and place it in a dry and ventilated place;
10. When handling the machine, the vibration box should be handled separately from the body.
