Concrete Light Weight Material Separation System
This advanced separation equipment efficiently separates concrete from lightweight materials including wood, paper, plastic, and other debris. The system enables optimal material recovery and recycling, with separated concrete suitable for road foundation construction and lightweight materials repurposed for various industrial applications.
Working Principle
Waste materials are conveyed through the main belt conveyor system where lightweight materials float on the water surface due to their lower density. Materials with density below 1000kg/m³ (wood, plastic) are efficiently removed by the sweep belt conveyor, while concrete and stones continue through the alternative processing path.
