The performance of the broken clutch pressure plate is that it is very difficult to step on the clutch, even if the clutch gear is stepped on, it will be uneven, or the driving will be weak, the engine speed will go up and the speed will not rise. Today's clutch pressure plate is mostly integrated with the friction plate, so sometimes the friction plate will affect the pressure plate.

Overhaul of clutch pressure plate assembly

(1)  Inspection of the end face of the pressure plate beating

Fix the pressure plate on the mandrel, use a dial indicator to check the end face runout, the use limit is 0.2mm. If the riveting point of the pressure plate is damaged or riveted, the pressure plate should be replaced.

(2)  Inspection of the height of the diaphragm spring

If the height of the diaphragm spring changes, it indicates that the diaphragm spring has insufficient elasticity and must be replaced. The height of the diaphragm spring can be checked with a caliper, and the difference between it and the standard height should not be greater than 0.5mm.

(3)  Inspection of the wear of the small end of the diaphragm spring

Use a caliper to check the contact and wear traces of the small end of the diaphragm spring on the clutch pressure plate and the release bearing, and the depth shall not be greater than 0.6mm.
