The color ultrasound diagnostic apparatus has a hot wheel interference during use, which seriously affects the diagnosis of the image.
According to the fault phenomenon, each probe of the machine in use has the same interference, and the possibility of failure of the color ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is preliminarily ruled out.

According to the safe use specifications of the color ultrasonic diagnostic equipment, the grounding end of the machine shell and the machine power plug should be grounded. The loop formed by improper grounding can also cause electromagnetic interference; then, use a power measuring instrument to measure the grounding resistance. 2 ~ 5Ω, but after checking that the machine is not installed with a ground wire; after reinstalling the ground wire, the resistance value of the test ground wire is 3Ω, which meets the standard; the power-on test, the interference disappears, and the fault is eliminated.

1. Probe interference: replace the probe

2. Equipment interference: replace the power supply or internal boards

3. External interference:

(1) Workstation interference: it is recommended to add several magnetic rings to the video cable, if it is not work, replace the ATX power supply, or add a filter to the host power input.

(2) Power input interference: add several magnetic rings to the power line.

If the above methods do not work, just try the method of eliminating the equipotentiality

, adding a shielding cloth on the bed, and connect a wire to the ground strap of the machine.
