Hastelloy C-276 alloy is one of the few materials that can be applied to hot concentrated H2SO4 solution. It is mainly resistant to wet chlorine, various oxidizing chlorides, chloride salt solution, H2SO4 and oxidizing salt, and has good corrosion resistance in low and medium temperature HCl. Therefore, in the past thirty years, in harsh corrosive environment, such as chemical, petrochemical, flue gas desulfurization, pulp and paper, environmental protection and other industrial fields have a quite wide range of applications. This alloy is a product extended on the basis of C, mainly to improve the intergranular corrosion resistance, after the change and processing formability has been greatly improved.
