GH1015 iron-nickel-based superalloy overview
GH1015 is a solid solution strengthened iron-nickel-based superalloy. It contains a high amount of chromium to ensure satisfactory anti-oxidation performance. The total amount of tungsten, molybdenum, niobium and other elements is about 10% composite strengthening solid solution. It has high plasticity, medium high lasting and creep strength as well as good thermal fatigue properties, forming and welding process properties and microstructure stability. It is suitable for manufacturing aero-engine combustion chamber plate structural parts and other high-temperature parts, and can be used for a long time below 950 °C.
