When chromium > 5%, the operating temperature can reach 600 to 650℃.When the chromium is 28%, the working temperature can reach 1100℃.Secondly, the oxidation resistance of heat-resistant steel can be improved obviously by using trace rare earth elements such as yttrium and lanthanum to prevent preferential oxidation of grain boundary at high temperature.Three, metal surface chromizing, aluminum, silicon also effectively improve the oxidation resistance of steel.
