The plastic coated aluminum tape is a metal composite tape made of calendering aluminum tape with good ductility as base material, and laminated with single-sided or double-sided composite polyethylene(PE) plastic layer or copolymer plastic layer.

Using the method of longitudinal wrapping, plastic coated aluminum tape can form a composite sheath of the cable or optical cable with the outside extruded polyethylene sheath to play a role of water blocking, moisture blocking and shielding. In order to improve its bending performance, it can be corrugated to improve the flexibility of cables/ optical cables.

We provides copolymer-type single-sided/ double-sided plastic coated aluminum tape, polyethylene-type single-sided/ double-sided plastic coated aluminum tape.

The plastic coated aluminum tape provided by us have the characteristics of smooth surface, uniform, high tensile strength, high heat sealing strength, and good compatibility with filling compounds. In particular, copolymer-type plastic coated aluminum tape has good performance in achieving bonding at lower temperatures.
