ASTM A194 Grade 8T Stainless AISI 321 fine thread UNF heavy hex nuts

Heavy Hex Nuts are washer faced, are slightly larger Heavy Hex Nutsand thicker than standard hex nuts. The heavy hex pattern is typically used for large diameter and high strength bolts.Galvanized nuts are always tapped over-size to accommodate for the extra thickness added by the galvanizing process.

Notes:
The markings shown for all grades of A194 nuts are for cold-formed and hot-forged nuts. When nuts are machined from bar stock, the nut must additionally be marked with the letter B. The letters H & M indicate heat-treated nuts.
