SUS316L Stainless Steel Fiber 1-40μm for ESD Protection with 400-600°C Thermal Resistance
Manufactured using advanced bundle drawing technology, these stainless steel fibers provide reliable protection against electrostatic discharge with diameters ranging from 1 to 40 microns.
Stainless steel fibers are produced through the bundle drawing process, where multiple stainless steel wires are bundled and drawn through precision dies to create ultra-fine fibers measuring 1-40 microns in diameter.
These fibers maintain all metallic properties while offering exceptional flexibility, enabling transformation into knitted, braided, woven, or nonwoven fabrics. They can be blended with wool, nylon, cotton, and synthetic fibers to create specialized textile materials.
