※ Brief Introduction

The defibrillator motherboard is the core electronic component of the defibrillator device. It controls the overall function and operation of the

defibrillator, including the charging and discharging of electrical energy to restore normal heart rhythm. The main board receives and processes

signals from the user interface, sensors, and other components, and then sends commands to the appropriate components to provide the

necessary treatment. It also incorporates safety features to ensure proper operation and prevent accidental damage or injury. Overall, the

defibrillator motherboard is the "brain" of the defibrillator and plays a vital role in its life-saving function.

※  System PCB Removal

NOTE: Before starting disassembly, remove the following components:

– Top case

– front hull

– Compilation of the map package

– A02 patient parameter chart (and OEM/SpO2 assembly if applicable)

How to remove the circuit board from the system:

1. Remove the PCB shield .

2. Remove and discard the five threaded fasteners from the system board.

3. Remove the circular snap bracket from the system board.

4. Remove the system card A01 from the card holder .

5. Locate the 8-pin stack connector (connects system board ,and therapy board ) and save it for reuse.

NOTE: The 8-pin stack connector may remain connected to the Therapy Board or System Board, or it may be completely disconnected if the System Board is removed. Be sure to explain it right away.

※  To install the A01 System PCB:

1. Ensure that the plastic spacer is correctly positioned on the system board with the large end facing up.

2. Insert the short end of the 8-pin stack connector into on the therapy board.

3. Carefully place the system board on the board bracket and slide it out of the bracket. When you slide off the system board, make sure that the spacers and the 8-pin and 60-pin stack connectors are securely seated in their sockets.

4. Install five new threaded spacers into the bracket with the long end up; Torque to 6.8 in-lbs. Note: Do not install the lower right insulator bracket screws at this time.

5. If necessary, replace the coin cell battery.

6. Slide the circuit board cover off the five threaded spacers on the A01 system board to install the circuit board cover.

7. Install patient parameter card and OEM card .

8. Install the SpO2 module (if previously removed).

9. Install the card assembly.

10. Complete the process by installing the front case.
