► Cautions

1. In case of defibrillation in children, the adult electrode pad can be removed and the pediatric electrode pad can be used.

2. Before defibrillation, keep medical staff and family members away from the patient's bed unit and avoid touching the electrode conductive paste or saline gauze.

3. During defibrillation, press the two electrode plates tightly against the patient's skin to avoid burning the patient. Do not touch any metal surface to avoid conducting electricity.

4. If the patient has fine tremors, apply intravenous injection of 1 mg of epinephrine to turn the patient into coarse tremors, and then defibrillate.

5. The place where the electrode is attached should be clean and dry, and avoid defibrillation and electrocardiogram lead locations.

6. Stay away from high-frequency electromagnetic waves to avoid affecting the normal use of the instrument.

7. If the patient has external pacing, the external defibrillation electrode pad should be removed and the external pacing electrode membrane should be installed. Use the buttons at the bottom of the defibrillator screen.

8. Strengthen battery maintenance of defibrillators. Charge the battery for 24 hours regularly every week, and charge the defibrillator for 24 hours immediately after use.
