Working Principle
This flash dryer efficiently processes materials with initial moisture content of 30-60%. Wet materials enter through the hopper, where two fuel boilers generate hot air that mixes with the material. The exhaust blower rapidly draws this mixture through steel pipes and the drying chamber, achieving optimal moisture reduction in a single pass with low energy consumption and high efficiency.
