High-performance round and square DPF systems designed for effective particle filtration and deposit removal through active and passive regeneration processes.
DPF Regeneration Trigger Conditions
- Mileage-based regeneration: Automatically triggered when predetermined mileage thresholds are reached
- Differential pressure signal: Activated when exhaust pressure difference reaches specified values as detected by pressure sensors
- Carbon loading calculation: Initiated based on carbon accumulation levels calculated through ECU internal data modeling
