Features and advantages

• Silicon carbide head size accuracy ±1.0mm, thickness ±0.1mm, can also be finished according to customer requirements, higher accuracy.

• SiC head has comprehensive corrosion resistance properties, can be used in sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid and a variety of mixed acids, life is much longer than graphite and metal materials.

• SiC head design has a waterline seal that is compressed tight with a corrosion resistant material.

• Silicon carbide head is second only to diamond in hardness and can be used in a variety of conditions with particle erosion. Compared to graphite head, the life of CoreSiC ® SP head is more than 5 times longer.

• SiC heads are factory tested for size, water pressure resistance (40BAR), air pressure resistance (15BAR) and surface fluorescence penetration.

Specifications

• Maximum size of outer diameter up to 300mm, height up to 200mm.

• By the end of 2021, the maximum outer diameter can reach 600mm, and the height can reach 200mm.

• The shape and sealing method of the head will be customized according to customer drawings.
