Ceramic hetero-saddle ring packing is a new type of packing which is improved on the basis of rectangular saddle ring packing. In appearance, the cross-saddle ring changes the smooth arc side of the saddle ring to the serrated or corrugated raised side, which increases the gap between the packing in the packed bed, making it more conducive to the flow and dispersion of gas and liquid in the packing layer, and has the characteristics of reduced pressure and high mass transfer efficiency.
The ceramic saddle ring can be used for drying tower, absorption tower, cooling tower, washing tower, regeneration tower in chemical industry, metallurgy, gas, anti-prursion and other industries.
Ceramic random packings have great advantage of acid and heat resistance. can resist almost all kings of inorganic acid organic acid, and organic solvents except HF acid and can be used in high and low temperature conditions.
