1. Description:

800mm Four-high two-stand tandem cold rolling mill

This 800mm 4-Hi cold rolling mill, one of metal coil cold rolling mills, is made from good quality raw material. A four-high cold rolling mill has four rolls, two small and two large. The two small rolls are work rolls in contact with metal coil, and the two large rolls are backup rolls which contact the back side of the small work rolls. At the same time, we are upgrading with the latest technological equipments when producing this cold rolling mill.Siemens S7-300 PLC is selected as the controller of the automatic control system of the tandem cold mill.The main screen of HMI adopts touch screen.

2. Main function:

It is used for rolling plain carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, zinc and other metal strips.

3. Work process:

Loading→ decoiling → shearing → welding (welding machine provied by the user) → floor-type storage looper → vertical roller guide →F1 four-high mill (thickness measurement and tension measurement) →F2 four-high mill (tension measurement and speed measurement) → exit platform (de-oiling and thickness measurement) → shearing → coiling machine → unloading.

5. Packaging

Machine will be fixed inside container by steel wire and special PET film, in order to make sure all parts will not move during transportation and avoid any kinds of damage of machine and container.
