7.After-sales service

1) The supplier shall provide technical guidance for the whole process of equipment installation, commissioning and trial production, etc., and adjust the equipment performance and parameters to the best state.

2) The warranty period of the equipment shall be one year after the acceptance of debugging (except wearing parts and operation and use reasons of the demander).

3) During the use of the equipment, if the Demander needs the Supplier to repair the equipment, the Supplier shall send personnel to the site for service within two days after the notice from the Demander. During the warranty period, the supplier shall be responsible for the expenses incurred by the quality problems of the equipment. In case of damage caused by wearing parts and improper operation of the demander, the supplier shall charge the cost and labor cost.
