Sodium isobutyl xanthate is a powerful collector for flotation treatment of sulfide ore, suitable for the natural circulation of chalcopyrite and pyrite copper ore. It is also widely used in hydrometallurgical processes and can be used as a vulcanization accelerator in the rubber industry.
