1. Are you from a factory ?
Yes, we manufacture most main body parts including heads, cylinders, pistons, and chisels, and we handle all production procedures in the same workshop, including rough processing, precise processing and grinding. We could keep each step under control to guarantee quality.

2. Do you make all spare parts yourself?
Most manufacturers in China purchase spare parts from suppliers. We have stable channels to purchase spare parts like bushes, bolts, pins etc. We need to focus on key parts, main bodies, and purchase most spare parts for our clients.

3. What raw material do you use?
As to the main body, we adopt 20CrMoA forged steel for cylinders, front heads and back heads, which is the best material in China, to guarantee stable performance and long lifespan meanwhile.
For chisels, we have 42Crmo and 40Cr to choose from.

4. What is the hardness of your breaker body?
As to main parts like heads, cylinders and pistons, they could reach 58-62 HRC after proper heat treat, which is the most optimized hardness, to make sure hard enough to bear impact, also wear-resisting to ensure long lifespan.

5. When are the hammer body under heat treat?
We put all major parts under heat treatment, including heads, cylinders, pistons, and valves. Normally after CNC processing and before grinding processing.
