The product is used to make a quick-change of sizing lower nozzle in the control system of tundish sizing nozzle molten steel flow and suitable for70x70~160x160mm² square slabs or casting slabs of other sectional shapes with an equivalent area. This product, which has continued the advantages of tundish nozzle quick-change facility, is favored by small and medium-sized steel plants due to its simple structure and low cost,and has been successfully applied in Ma Steel NO.2Steel Plant,Jiangsu Yonglian Steel Plant,etc.

ZFZ15 facility: adoption an working oil cylinder, six gas springs between the base plate and the spring pressing plate for pressing the sliding faces of upper and lower nozzles,and a screw-fixed spherical washer and conic washer for direction adjustment.
