Production
Copper tube is one of the core equipment of continuous casting machine. It makes the high temperature liquid steel solidify and crystallize quickly, forming steel castings. After electromagnetic induction stirring, the molten steel in the copper crystallizer is cooled and molded, then the casting is pulled out and the slab is divided into predetermined lengths by a flame cutting machine (torch cutting machine).
The main components of the automatic control system for continuous casting include the speed control of casting roll, the frequency control of mold vibration and the control of fixed length and cutting off.
