Production
1.Copper tube is one of the core equipment of continuous casting. High temperature liquid steel rapidly solidifies and crystallizes to form steel castings. After electromagnetic induction stirring, the molten steel in the copper mold is cooled and formed, and then the casting is pulled out, and the billet is divided into predetermined length by flame cutting machine (cutting torch cutting machine).
2.The main components of continuous casting automatic control system include roll speed control, mold vibration frequency control and fixed length cut-off control.
