1,The square billet and rectangular billet are crystallized
The square billet and rectangular billet mould assembly mainly consists of the following parts: mould copper pipe, outer water jacket, diversion water jacket, upper and lower sealing flanges, various sealing rings, foot roller device, foot roller spray device. The core part is the crystallizer copper tube, and the other parts are assembled around the copper tube.
The mould assembly should have the following characteristics: simple structure, easy to disassemble and adjust, easy to process and manufacture; To have a good structural rigidity, and the weight should be light, so that the vibration has a small inertia force.
Mold assembly is the key component of continuous casting machine. Its structure and properties directly affect the production and quality of continuous casting billet. 2,Round mould assembly
The round billet mould assembly is mainly composed of the following parts: mould copper pipe, outer water jacket, diversion water jacket, upper and lower sealing flange, various sealing rings, foot roller device, foot roller spray device. Like the square billet and rectangular billet, the core component of the round billet mould assembly is the mould copper tube, and other components are assembled around the copper tube. The key to the assembly of round mould is to prevent the copper tube from rotating and to ensure the correct positioning of the copper tube along the inner and outer arc direction. The crystallizer assembly shall be tested by water pressure with the test pressure being 1.2-1.5 times of the working pressure and kept for 30min without leakage.
