Structure function
1. Universal nozzle quick-change facilities are mainly composed of a cover plate unit and a frame unit,of which the frame unit is composed of framework,clamping ring, spring unit, left and right main spring leafs and ball bolt.
2. The upper nozzle,lower nozzle or blind plate are emplaced to realize a quick-change or an flow cut off in case of accident
3. The spring unit at the end of ball bolt-hanging spring leaf holds up the cover plate.
4.At the other end of the spring leaf,the upper surface of the lifted nozzle seat or the blind plate holds up the lower surface of the upper nozzle and ends at the lower surface of the cover plate via the upper nozzle seat ring
5.The cover plate unite is tightened on both sides of the frame unit to form a confining force system.
6.There is no mechanical interference between the tundish and the quick-change facility whith high manufacture accuracy.
