The ladle sliding nozzle facility is installed on the outside steel plate of ladle bottom and used to control the molten steel flowrate by the openness of the  ladle sliding nozzle so as to control the tundish liquid level.

Product Series

The product series include DHB 70 and GHD60 and are selected for use according to the ladle tonnage,bottom shape and installation site.

 Driving Mode

Direct driving and side driving are optional and selected in light of the actual conditions such as ladle bottom shape, installation site and heat.

 1.Direct driving :The driving oil cylinder is installed at the ladle bottom and directly transfers the driving force to the facility.The cylinder is not fixed on the ladle and is removable.

 2.Side driving:The driving oil cylinder is installed on the ladle wall and  transfers the driving force to the facility via crank.
