Product profile

The ladle nozzle device is installed on the outer steel plate at the bottom of the ladle, and the ladle liquid level is controlled by the opening of the ladle nozzle to control the molten steel flow.

The product series include DHB 70 and GHD60 and are selected for use according to the ladle tonnage,bottom shape and installation site.

 Driving Mode

Direct drive and side drive can be selected according to ladle bottom shape, installation location, heating and other actual conditions.
1. Direct drive: the drive cylinder is mounted at the bottom of the ladle and transfers the driving force directly to the equipment. The cylinder is not fixed to the ladle, but can be moved.
2. Side drive: the drive cylinder is mounted on the inner wall of the ladle and transmits the driving force to the equipment through a crank.
