CZ series hysteretic cable reels are new type products independently developed by the Company and are the most ideal cable coiling device in China at present. They can be widely used in mobile hoisting equipment such as portal crane, container bridge crane, type crane, gantry crane, ship loader, ship unloader and tower crane, and other heavy mechanical equipment under similar working conditions.Cable reel is a cable winding device that provides power supply, control power supply or control signal for large mobile equipment. It is widely used in port gantry crane, container crane, shipper, tower crane and other similar heavy machinery equipment.

Structural and Mechanical Features

Working Principle

When the electric equipment moves, the reel will be pulled to uncoil the cable and the plane volute spring will winds the central spindle and store energy. When the electric equipment moves back, the reel will rotate reversely under the spring force and coil the cable synchronously.
