Product Profile
The product is used for pouring in "gate cutoff" mode. One set of facility is installed on each stream to cut off the tundish immerged nozzel in accident so as to prevent molten steel from flowing out of the tundish.

Structural and Functional Features
1,The product is composed of a gate frame, a slideway, an oil cylinder and a connecting plate.
2, The gate frame is installed at the pouring site of the tundish bottom nozzel and the precision sliding rails are on both sides of the frame. In case of accident, the hydraulic valve is operated and the cylinder will push the gate plate to cut off and block the nozzel so as to prevent the release of molten steel.
