Product Introduction
Copper mold tube is one of the core equipment of continuous casting machine. It makes high-temperature liquid steel solidify and crystallize rapidly to form steel castings. After electromagnetic induction stirring, the molten steel in the copper mold is cooled and formed, then the casting is pulled out, and the slab is divided into predetermined lengths by flame cutting machine (torch cutting machine). The molten steel is directly cast in the copper tube of the mold and continuously cooled in the copper tube to form a billet.
In order to solve this problem, the copper tube contacts the cooling blank shell and the separation time during the working process, the mold copper tube is still bent to the side of the square or rectangular copper tube, the copper tube is tapered in the inner cavity, the lower the mouth is to the mouth, and the inner cavity of the copper tube from the upper mouth to the lower mouth is a double-cone, three-cone or multi-cone, or a parabolic cavity. In shape, the taper of the upper or upper segment is greater than that of the lower or lower segment. It is better that the face taper is greater than the surface taper. Avoid the air gap between the billet shell and the inner wall of the copper tube in the working process, and it is more in line with the contraction law of the billet shell.
