Product introduction
Olivine is a quite hard mineral generally in green or dark green colour.Due to its chemical and physical properties, olivine is an important mineral demanded mainly by the iron and steel making industry. Main application area is electric arc furnace taphole filler sand. For this application area rocks from the mine are crushed and sieved to 2-6 mm or 3-8 mm grain size.
Filler of tapping hole is a necessary material for Eccentric Bottom Tapping (EBT), as it has the performance of not-floating, impermeable to steel and high fire-resistance, also it’s easy and safe to operate. It receives high praise from steel plants over the world.
