Product introduction  

Submerged arc foaming agent is a kind of granular additive used in refining of molten steel. Produced by high quality carbonate,active aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide as raw materials, with addition of organic foam material as the binder, it’s mainly used in ladle refining furnace and electric arc furnace to ensure foam submerged arc in metallurgy process to effectively reduce the loss of radiant heat and boost thermal efficiency, avoid the refractory erosion of high temperature arc, improve the life time of furnace refractory lining and dephosphorization rate, and short the tapping time. At the same time, it can also purify the molten steel by preventing the gas entering into it produced by contacting between arc and the surrounding air.
