Product introduction
Calcined Petroleum Coke (CPC) is mainly used as raw materials for recarburizing in steel and iron training industries, which are essential for training high quality steel.
Carbon additive made by CPC is a new material for the process improvements and increasing the steel / iron solution quality in the smelting industry, which is the preferred production recarburizer for the smelting of the major smelters in recent years. It has characteristics of stable quality, high absorption speed and rate. With the unique inoculation effect, it can minimize production costs ( reduce carbon dosage, energy consumption, the amount of inoculant, amount of nodulizer, lining consumption defects rate, baked cycle, slag risks and so on ).
Features
(1).Pure chemical composition: high carbon, low sulfur and micro nitrogen, less impurity.
(2).Physique: clean appearance without impurities, fast absorption rate and high absorptivity.
(3).Micromorphology: good crystal quality and improve the performance and specification of casting
(4).Stable property: stable recarburization effect, good absorption effect and increase melt temperature distinctly without back slag.

For normal steel,we recommend CPC-08, CPC-09, CPC-10.
For refined steel, we recommend CPC-01, CPC-02, CPC-05, CPC-07.
Sizes
Grade A: 0-1mm,0.5-1.5mm etc., mainly used in liquid iron recarburization with flow before the furnace(cupola and electric furnace) and later supplementary carbon in the furnace(electric furnace);
Grade B: 1-3mm,0-5mm,1-5mm,3-5mm,3-8mm etc., mainly used as recarburizer in the induction furnace;
Grade C: 30-50mm,50-80mm,60-100mm etc., only applicable to smelting in the cupola furnace.
Packing
(1). Waterproof jumbo bags: 800kgs~1100kgs/ bag according to different grain sizes;
(2). Waterproof PP woven bags / Paper bags: 5kg / 7.5kg / 12.5kg / 20kg / 25kg / 30kg / 50kg small bags;
(3). Small bags into jumbo bags: waterproof PP woven bags / paper bags in 800kg ~1100kg jumbo bags.
