Measurement: it is to achieve accurate measurement of the cast billet after shearing and feedback the measurement results to all the infrared sizing system online automatic fine tuning; Optimized sizing: after cutting, double optimized cutting can be carried out for the billet. The real-time position data of the billet head is transmitted to the PLC system that controls the roller table to achieve accurate control of the billet position on the conveying roller table and match with the fire cutting equipment, so as to achieve high precision secondary optimal cutting.
