Function of different filters

480nm filter is for acne therapy (because porphyrin absorption peak is from 500nm spectrum , so we choose 480nm for acne therapy )

530nm filter is for freckle therapy (because spot absorption peak is from 500nm-700nm spectrum, so we choose 530nm for freckle therapy, for spot and freckles, we need light and energy directly penetrate inside and burn the pigmentation).

590nm filter is used for vascular therapy ( because absorption peak of hemoglobin )

560nm filter is for skin rejuvenation & wrinkle removal (because collagen can be stimulated by spectrum and freckle spot is a kind of spot which is very clear outline, 560-950nm is effective to treat freckles and make skin rejuvenation.
