The semi automatic paper flute laminating machine for corrugated cardboard is used to paste the paper and corrugated board togetther to make 3 ply board, 5 ply board. It is a convenient and useful machine in packing industry.
 
1.The new type servo laminator machie adopt double frequency conversion at the front and back of the machine.
2. The machine is automatic gluing and automatic washing gears, the glue is common type glue, it is easy to find, also we can provide you the proportion for the glue.
3. It is photoelectric alignment, screw attached pressing, to make the facial paper/label paper and bottom paper synchronous, to reduce error.
4. The bottom paper is vacuum suction feeding, the label paper/facial paper is feeding manually.
5. Transfer platform is stainless steel tube bridge stander.
6. Wheelbase adjustment bar adopts pressure bearing, worm wheel adjustment transmission shaft is double dis double bearing and balance processing.
7. All the main equipment parts are famous brand, such as Schneider, Delta, Omron, it has long using life, good stability, to ensure the realiability of the electric components during the using process. For the bearing, we use Chinese famous brand. Also we can use the brand as you request.

Main Units

Gluing unit The gluing roller is stainless steel anilox roller. The coating is uniform and the operation is stable. About 25-35 grams of glue per square meter, the amount of glue used is reduced by 50% .
