The Motor Shafts of tooth surface hardness 61HRC is mainly applied to automobile Motor parts, The heat treatment process of the product is carburizing quenching, carburizing high temperature tempering, one heating quenching, low temperature tempering, quenching temperature 840-860℃.
Structure and properties: M and residual A are decomposed by high temperature tempering. Carbon and alloying elements in the permeable layer are precipitated in the form of carbide, which is convenient for reducing residual A after cutting and quenching.
Scope of application: Mainly used for Cr-Ni alloy carburizing workpiece
Secondary quenching and low temperature tempering, structure and performance characteristics:
The first quenching (or normalizing), can eliminate the carburizing layer network carbide and refine the core structure (850-870℃), the second quenching mainly improve the permeability layer structure, the performance of the core is not high in the material between AC1-AC3 quenching, the performance of the core is high in the above Ac3 quenching.
