Gear Precision 9 Motor Shafts

Post-carburizing heat treatment-carburizing workpieces should actually be seen as a composite material with a large difference in surface and center content. Carburizing can only change the carbon content of the workpiece surface, and the final strengthening of the surface and core must be achieved through appropriate heat treatment.
The workpiece after carburizing needs to be hardened and low temperature tempering. The purpose of quenching is to form high carbon martensite or high carbon martensite and fine grained carbide structures on the surface. Low temperature tempering temperature is 150--200C.
