The processing technology of 0.5kg scroll compressor disc includes shot blasting,The material used in this product is 4032 / 6082, of which 6082 is a heat-treatment hardenable alloy, which has good formability, weldability and machinability, as well as medium strength, and can still maintain good operability after annealing.
6082 and 6061 belong to aluminum magnesium silicon heat treatable strengthening alloy, with good extrusion and forging properties, good anodizing and corrosion resistance. 6082 HBS ≥ 80 after extrusion quenching and artificial aging; 6061 ≥ 95.
It is suitable for manufacturing aircraft landing pads, boats, building components, bicycles, auto parts, optical instruments, rail vehicle aluminum, etc. 6082 and 6061 have many same purposes, but Middle East customers prefer 6082.
6082 has higher quenching sensitivity (compared with 6061). Its composition contains Mn, so its corrosion resistance and welding performance are better. 6082 is used more for ship plates and components on ocean ships.
