Food grade soft Italian cheese Burrata Maker Machine is a upgraded model on the basis of the standard P160 Automatic Encrusting Machine,which can make burrata and other soft mochi products.The P180 automatic burrata Maker Machine is equipped with an automatic tray arranger which can automatically do tray conveying, product positioning and collecting, and powder sprinkling at one time. 

P180 Mochi ice cream Maker Machine has standard two flat feeding hoppers, one for mochi dough, the other for ice cream, cream, jam and so on. It can also be upgraded to three hoppers with an extra flat feeding hopper on top to make double filling or double color filled products. 

Customer can optionally choose either P180 soft Italian cheese Burrata Maker Machine or P160 Automatic encrusting machine for making Burrata,mochi and mochi ice cream. The only difference is that the P180 Japanese Rice Cake Maker Machine has a auto tray aligning system and the P160 Mochi encrusting machine doesn't have it.
