Description: 

 

Papa automatic P403 Chocolate Coated Cereal Energy Protein Bar Making Machine includes Material Conveyor, cereal bar forming machine,6 meter cooling tunnel,Cutting unit&bar Separating system&Conveyor,180° Turning Conveyor,600 Chocolate coating line with 14M cooling tunnel,  and fully automatic feeding packing line. Customer can freely choose the machines needed for suitable collocation.

 

The large candy bar machine can be fully automated end-to-end process; modular design allows for optional chocolate coating and automatic packaging.
 
The Nougat Bar Complete production stages include:
Raw material mixing & cooking → Layering & sheeting → Constant-temperature cooling tunnel → Longitudinal slitting → Precision cross-cutting → Chocolate enrobing (optional) → Secondary cooling → Automatic product alignment & packaging

 

 

- Capacity: 400–1200 kg of finished product per hour
 
- Machine Material: All food-contact parts made of 304 stainless steel; compliant with food hygiene standards
 
- Control System: PLC with touchscreen interface and variable frequency drive (VFD); dimensions/weight adjustable via one-touch control
