P180 Mochi Dough Maker Machine is a upgraded model on the basis of the standard P160 Automatic Encrusting Machine. The P180 stainless mochi ice cream making machine is equipped with an automatic tray arranger which can automatically do tray conveying, product positioning and collecting, and powder sprinkling at one time. 

Customer can optionally choose either P180 Dough Maker Machine or P160 Automatic encrusting machine for making mochi and mochi ice cream. The only difference is that the P180 Dough Maker Machine has a auto tray aligning system and the P160 Mochi encrusting machine doesn't have it. P160 Mochi encrusting machine is more multifunctional to make food, and it can connect other accessory machines in a complete production line.
